IN MEMORY District Members who passed away in 2018
Sonia (Sony) Sine - Carleton Park, passed away on September 24, 2018, at the age of 78. Sonny joined Carleton Park in 2013 and provided much wit, humor, wisdom and class to our gatherings. She was a gracious hostess to meetings in her lovely Magnolia home and volunteered for many of our community activities ·
Betty Chase passed away on January 17, 2019, in California, at the age of 92. Betty joined Carleton Park in 1970 and served as president from 1995-1998 and 2000-2001, and as treasurer for many years. She moved to California 2 years ago to be closer to family. Betty was acquainted with many Magnolia residents through her real estate work and often enriched our meetings with tales of Carleton Park's "white glove" days! She was an honorary Lifetime Member of the club and will be missed by all who knew her.
